How Does Fractional HR Work?
Understanding that Fractional HR is not a “one-size-fits-all” solution, we will design a program that fits your company’s unique needs. Often, an organization may need more HR support during the first 6-9 months as we build the HR foundation. Once a solid HR foundation is established, we adjust our monthly retainer to support growth, strategy, and ongoing HR sustainability.
